kabuto: you'll see....
the snakes around kabuto's body surround him in increasing numbers.
sasuke: orochimaru's techniques...you'll never measure up to the uchihas. you're just a cheap copy of a pathetic failure.
sasuke moves forward with kusanagi sword, cutting them down, as itachi prepares his tsukiyomi.
kabuto: kukuku.
*hidden shadow snake hands*
the snakes from kabuto's wrist restrain itachi.
kabuto: every jutsu has a weakness, you say? what if i were to simply not look you in the eye?
sasuke: enough you freak! we'll just force your eyes open!
itachi turns into crows, and reveals himself as behind kabuto, holding a kunai to him.
itachi: remember we can't kill him sasuke.
sasuke smirks and activates susano ribs, just as kabuto makes more hand signs.
*summoning technique!*
in front of the uchiha bros, manda bursts forth. the kabuto itachi is holding, turns into snakes.
itachi: snake clone. i should have known...
kabuto: yes you should have.
manda burrows into the ground, and its tail wraps itachi up, covering his eyes.
kabuto: what will you do now?
sasuke tries to go in and help but kabuto forms chakra scalpels to engage him. meanwhile itachi uses amaterasu on manda II. it yells in pain, and burns to a crisp, but is strangely hollow.
itachi: snake skin....
kabuto: one of the original manda's specialties.
itachi: i'll kill it then, then i will control you.
sasuke flashes back to how manda saved his life from deidara.
sasuke: no brother, avoid that if you can. manda deserves respect.
kabuto: i'm still here, my dear uchihas!
kabuto slashes itachi across the chest with chakra scalpels. sasuke moves in, but is kicked by kabuto. he blocks it, and tries to stab kabuto. the sword goes right through but kabuto chuckles.
sasuke: i missed your vitals.
kabuto: i'm more immortal than even orochimaru sama. something like this won't incapacitate me. you should have killed me...
kabuto's wound closes up with miniature snakes.
kabuto *my chakra levels are fine but this is a bit more difficult than i expected...i guess its time to use THAT jutsu*
sasuke: chidori current!
a raiton shock flows through his sword to fry kabuto, who dodges. itachi is ready with a shuriken and throws it to cut kabuto. kabuto clutches the wound but is still laughing.
kabuto: should not have done that..now you'll never get me to open my eyes. you see rather like a snake, i do not need to fight with eyesight alone. i can rely purely on smell and the heat signatures you radiate.
sasuke: i've had enough of this...
*susano!*
the susano fails, and vanishes.
sasuke: w-what's going on?
kabuto: i suppose you're both feeling the effects, yes? you didn't seriously think my confidence was misplaced? i knew the entire time that you were coming for me. against the likes of you, i'm invincible.
itachi: what did you do..i can't even use sharingan anymore...
kabuto: you're an edo tensei but still using chakra. i developed a special poison gas jutsu targeted specifically at the uchiha bloodline techniques. i can supress and manipulate sharingan how i see fit. you might not be under edo tensei's control...but i have other methods of making you do my bidding! not unlike hashirama's control of the tailed beasts. itachi this is your end. you've failed, and sasuke will be mine!
